I am a Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist. I have been working with people and movement since 2005. I believe in the power of a body that feels and moves well for overall wellbeing.
I graduated in 2004 with a degree in Sports Science. Originally I chose to work as a youth development worker, engaging young people in Sports, Exercise and Outdoor learning. I started working with Massage therapies in 2010.
Since then, bodywork has evolved into my career. I have trained in Swedish Massage, Sport and Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Taping and Advanced Clinical Massage. I am currently in the second year of a level 6 Btec in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage with the Jing Advanced Massage School.
My personal passions are swimming and snow sports. I spent 6 winters up Cairngorm Mountain teaching skiing and was engaged in teaching small children to swim whilst studying for my degree and as a youth worker. I continue to swim recreationally in pools, lochs and the sea with my daughter.
